The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on unforeseen conditions, code requirements, material availability, or changes in scope.
All work performed by DACA Roofing is governed by a signed written agreement outlining the scope, materials, pricing, and terms specific to the project.
Any additional work requested after the agreement is signed may require a written change order and additional cost.
DACA Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, as well as general exterior improvements and make-ready services through affiliated operations.
The scope of work may include roofing, repairs, exterior improvements, and related services as agreed upon in writing.
For make-ready and improvement projects, timelines and scope may vary based on property condition, access, material availability, and coordination with other trades.
In accordance with Texas law:
For certain residential transactions, including those signed at a location other than DACA Roofing’s place of business, Texas law may provide the homeowner with a three-business-day right to cancel the agreement without penalty.
If applicable, a written Notice of Cancellation will be provided at the time of contract signing. Cancellation must be submitted in writing within the required timeframe.
While the State of Texas does not require roofing contractors to be licensed, DACA Roofing voluntarily maintains residential and commercial licensing through RCAT and adheres to recognized industry standards and best practices.
DACA Roofing works with a select line of materials and systems that have been vetted for long-term performance and reliability.
Not all products or installation methods are offered. Material availability may vary based on manufacturer supply.
Warranty options vary based on the materials selected and manufacturer guidelines. Specific warranty details will be outlined in your project agreement.
Warranty coverage may be affected by factors such as structural conditions, prior installations, or lack of maintenance.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays, additional fees, or legal action as permitted under Texas law, including the right to file a lien where applicable.
DACA Roofing is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, code deficiencies, or conditions not visible at the time of inspection.
Additional work required to address such conditions will be communicated and may require approval and additional cost.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, DACA Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Project-related liability is governed by the signed contract.
